Chord.co integrates directly to the Capacity LLC WMS system to streamline and automate the flow of information related to order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and tracking.

Order Processing and Fulfillment: Chord manages orders placed by customers. When an order is received and processed within Chord, the relevant order details (such as SKU numbers, quantities, shipping addresses) are transmitted to Capacity's WMS system.

Inventory Management: Chord tracks inventory levels for brands. Integration with Capacity allows for synchronization of inventory data between Chord and the WMS system. This synchronization helps maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overselling.

Shipping and Tracking: Once an order is confirmed the data is communicated with the integrated WMS to initiate the fulfillment process. Shipping information, including carrier details and tracking numbers, may be sent back to Chord from Capacity, allowing for easy tracking of orders.
